On October 5, 2023, Apple released its Detailed City Experience for Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon:

Madrid received nine colorful landmark models:

Barcelona received twelve colorful landmark models:

And the Lisbon area received seven colorful landmark models:

With this latest release, the 3D city experience is now available for twenty-seven metropolitan areas worldwide:

In addition, Apple Maps cycling directions are now available country-wide across Spain and Portugal for the first time:

Surprising omissions in terms of models:
- Madrid
  - Metropolis Building or anything along Gran Vía
  - Cybele Palace
  - Torrespaña
  - any of the Cuatro Torres
  - any of the stadiums
- Barcelona
  - Torre Glòries (especially given its nighttime appearance)
  - Arc de Triomf
  - Montjuïc Castle
  - W Barcelona
  - Camp Nou (Europe’s largest stadium)
  - any of the other stadiums
  - any of the structures used in the 1992 Summer Olympics
- Lisbon
  - 25 de Abril Bridge (iconic red bridge)
  - Vasco da Gama Bridge
  - Rua Augusta Arch
  - Gare do Oriente
  - any of the stadiums
These cities seem to have the best chances of receiving the DCE over the next twelve months: 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, 🇳🇿 Auckland, 🇦🇺 Brisbane, 🇧🇪 Brussels, 🇺🇸 Denver, 🇺🇸 Detroit, 🇮🇪 Dublin, 🇬🇧 Edinburgh, 🇫🇮 Helsinki, 🇺🇸 Honolulu, 🇱🇺 Luxembourg City, 🇫🇷 Lyon, 🇮🇹 Milan, 🇳🇴 Oslo, 🇦🇺 Perth, 🇺🇸 Phoenix, 🇺🇸 Portland, 🇮🇹 Rome, 🇸🇬 Singapore, 🇸🇪 Stockholm, 🇹🇼 Taipei, 🇦🇹 Vienna, and🇨🇭 Zürich. Italian and U.S. cities have the highest chances.
