This is the fourteenth time that Apple has expanded its new map data since its public launch in September 2018:

🇩🇪 GERMANY

Germany (Above): A marked reduction in the number of roads displayed at this zoom. Notice that several roads now abruptly end at the German/Polish, German/Czech, and German/Dutch borders. There’s also a noticeable increase in green space.

Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region (Above): Apple has added urban area shapes for many smaller cities and communities. Meanwhile, the map now offers a simpler depiction of the road network, with many roads within Berlin dropped at this zoom.

Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region (Above): Every building within Berlin appears to have been replaced and many more green spaces have been added.

Fernsehturm Berlin (Above): Apple’s new model for Fernsehturm Berlin is twice as tall, while the walking paths below it have been pushed to later zooms. Chruch of Saint Mary, Red Town Hall, and Nikolaikirche receive much improved models.
